Sales Policy:         (Please read before placing your order.)

Our fabrics are sold by yard measurements, with a minimum cut of a quarter-yard. (This is a linear yard, 9" x the width of the fabric, not a "fat quarter"). Some fabrics are sold by the full pattern repeat (panel) only, so as to not ruin the design of the fabric.  We will disclose the width of a panel.  If you prefer a fat quarter on large prints, please e-mail those instructions.

Please note that actual colors may vary due to differences in monitors.

NO RETURNS!!  Please be sure the fabric you order is what you really need or want.


U.S. Shipping Policy and Time Line:

We never ship incomplete or "short" orders without your permission.  We know that the success of your project depends on getting your fabrics in the right quantities.  Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order  (not including the day of the order or weekends.)

FOR STANDARD DELIVERY -- Delivery time is 7-10 business days.  For Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO order, please allow 21 days.
FOR USPS PRIORITY DELIVERY --  Delivery time is 2-3 business days.  This is our preferred method of shipment and will use it when ever possible.

UPS -- If you prefer UPS, please e-mail us and your shipping rates will be recalculated.

FOREIGN COUNTRIES:  We use only USPS Priority to ship to foreign countries -- no exceptions, no private carrier pick-ups.  DO NOT ASK!!  Your order will not ship until your credit card has cleared.

PAYPAL ORDERS --  We cannot ship to a post office box number.
CREDIT CARDS  --  Please call us and we will be happy to take a credit card over the phone.  We take VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express.

Shipments will be sent VIA USPS or UPS, whichever is most efficient and cost effective.  It is not our intent to make a profit on shipping charges.  If the website over-charges on shipping, the difference will not be charged to your credit card or Paypal will be refunded.

If you have a certain carrier preference please e-mail us at sewinspiredquilts@mchi.com with that request or any other questions that you may have.  No private carrier pick-ups on international orders.  We ship only USPS.  The following shipping charges are only estimates.  They do not apply to knits or laminates.  We regret that we no longer offer the service of rolling laminates to ship.
